Since 1 September, Oahsis Consulting has become the commercial representative for Spain and Portugal for the Kanuhura resort in the Maldives, the new property that the Six Senses brand has just added to its portfolio of extraordinary accommodations that offer the maximum experience of luxury and exclusivity.

Kanuhura is located over three private islands, two deserted neighboring islands and the third on which the resort itself is located; a haven of peace in the Indian Ocean, framed by palm trees and white sand, turquoise waters and lush tropical vegetation.

The incorporation of Kanuhura is the result of Six Senses’ second collaboration with Hotel Properties Limited (HPL), a company based in Singapore. The stunning Maldivian resort will adopt the Six Senses brand in late 2022, joining as Six Senses Kanuhura the successful Six Senses Laamu, a property that had already been operating in the destination.

Kanuhura has 80 private villas overwater, an idyllic beach and spacious family villas from which to contemplate incredible sunsets. To Access to this dream location requires only a 40 minutes seaplane flight from the main international airport on Malé, the capital of de Maldives. There awaits a privileged virgin environment with which only the two neighboring desert islands can compete: Jehunuhura and Masleggihuraa. Without a doubt, Kanuhura is the perfect place to escape from any concern other than sharing this paradise on Instagram and enjoying pure relaxation.

The mesmerizing natural beauty of the Maldives demands high design standards. Kanuhura has already been awarded as the Best Luxury Resort in the Maldives at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards and Best of the Best in the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice. Over the next few months, new improvements will be made that will increase its commitment to exclusivity, such as private pools in the overwater villas, new family suites, an avant-garde review of the gastronomic offer and the incorporation of pioneering wellness treatments; all this, of course, without forgetting the sustainable spirit of the Six Senses brand.

The Lhaviyani Atoll offers more than 40 dive sites for exploring sea floor. Sustainability reaches far beyond the building design and protecting the local flora and fauna, as there are several social projects to support the neighboring island community with a focus on education student.

The new ecological garden will create the perfect conditions for growing delicious greens and vegetables, that will be collected fresh each day to use in the restaurants and interactive workshops with the chef.

It will also feature a new sustainable fashion space, with exclusive designs made with a vision of the future and attention to detail.

In conclusion, Six Senses Kanuhura aspires to become one of the most desired places by travelers who love exoticism and exclusive luxury in the middle of nature: delicious gastronomy, skies full of stars, virgin beaches and, above all, comforting well-being.
